Shorelines Casino - Belleville

This two-storey structural steel-framed building features a cranked roof that was efficiently designed using low-cost open web steel joists and structural steel girders. The valley is specifically placed to hide roof-top mechanical equipment, which avoided the cost of roof-top screening and minimized penetration through the roof membrane.
