View Royal Casino Parkade

View Royal, BC

The new View Royal Casino Parkade comprises of 550 stalls on six levels totalling more than 150,000 sq. ft. The complicated soils at the site required the use of both piled and spread footings. The flat slab system enabled the structure to be designed and constructed in less than 12 months.
