This project featured a thoughtfully designed single family residence with a detached two car garage located in Vancouver. The home was completed as a standalone residence, with no laneway home included in the project scope. The structure was constructed using a durable combination of wood and steel framing with concrete, providing long-term strength, safety, and performance. Across all buildings, the total suspended floor area was approximately 5,000 square feet, offering generous space for modern living.
