Andy is based in Vancouver, where he has built both his career and his life on the West Coast.
He is CADD Certified as a drafter, and also (somehow) CATT certified in concussion recognition and protocols; though thankfully that skill rarely gets tested in the drafting world. He once stayed at a Holiday Inn, which he still considers an unspoken part of his professional development.
Andy has been with WHM for 2 years, and what he values most about the team is simple: the team itself. In his words, they’re the reason Mondays are survivable.
Outside of work, Andy is deeply involved in his kids’ sports schedules. When he’s not playing baseball or hockey himself, he’s coaching, driving, or standing on the sidelines of a soccer field, baseball diamond, track, or rink. If he’s not there, he’s probably en route or just leaving another one.
At home, Andy is a proud father of two boys whose athletic commitments keep life fast-paced and structured around games, practices, and tournaments. When asked about his personal life beyond that, he politely invokes “no further comment at this time.”
He’s a Vancouverite; rooted here by family, friends, and everything the West Coast offers: the diversity, the food, the people, and the lifestyle that makes it feel like home.

Olga (which is typically pronounced as “OHL-gah”) was born in Russia. One freezing day, standing in -40°C weather and with her car unable to start, she dreamt of a warmer climate, eventually moving to Vancouver in 2009 (just in time for the 2010 Olympics). She couldn’t imagine living in another place, one where you can ski and swim on the same day, or enjoy year-round activities from kayaking to snowshoeing.
Olga loves being part of the WHM team, involved in so many projects among a fantastic group of professionals while also enjoying the creative and fun company events and activities. Working and being married with two sons can be a busy life, but Olga is lucky enough to have a Finnish sauna at home—all the best to unwind with friends and family.

Fiona was born and raised in Richmond, BC, and has called Vancouver her home, her entire life. As a lifelong West Coast resident, she has developed a deep appreciation for the unique combination of urban living and natural beauty that makes Vancouver such a special place.
Since joining WHM six months ago, Fiona has quickly become an enthusiastic and valued member of the team. What she appreciates most about working at WHM is the culture of encouragement and support. This supportive environment has played a significant role in shaping her professional growth and career interests.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep her creative, active, and curious. She loves baking (particularly gluten free treats) and can often be found experimenting with new recipes. She is also happiest around water, whether that means paddle boarding, swimming, or spending time boating. While she does not currently have any pets, children, or a spouse, Fiona has plans for a future feline companion once life settles down a little.
When asked what she loves most about living on the West Coast, Fiona admits she may be slightly biased, having spent her entire life here. Still, she believes Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities in North America. Whether it's catching a glimpse of the mountains during a daily commute or taking advantage of the nearby lakes and outdoor recreation opportunities, she never takes the scenery for granted. For Fiona, having access to both vibrant city life and incredible natural landscapes is the best of both worlds.
