WEST VANCOUVER RESIDENCE 4

A modern single-family residence with an ever-present connection with the sea this 6,300sq.ft. ocean view home, located on a steeply sloping site in the West Vancouver, was designed to enjoy all kinds of blue - the ocean, the pool, and the sky. The use of exposed board formed concrete walls allowed for beautiful integration of structural engineering and architecture as demonstrated by the impressive 40-foot long, unobstructed opening to the pool and views beyond as well as a 14’ cantilevered board formed concrete canopy extending out from the opening.
