Coquitlam Hard Rock

We provided structural engineering services for the renovation of an existing restaurant within the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam, BC. The project involved modifications to the existing tilt-up concrete structure, including new wall openings, selective wall removal, and infill of an existing courtyard area. Our scope also included structural review and design coordination for slab modifications to accommodate new services, as well as consulting support for a new outdoor patio. The work was completed within the constraints of an existing building with limited available documentation, requiring careful assessment and integration with the existing structural systems.
