Timberline at North Park Seniors Housing

This project was a five-storey rental development located in Port Alberni, British Columbia, comprising 103 residential units. The building was thoughtfully designed with a step-back at the second level, while the upper four floors followed a consistent layout to create a cohesive architectural form. The development was planned as a seniors’ independent living facility, offering a supportive and comfortable residential environment, with approximately 20% of the units allocated as market rental housing. The building featured at grade parking, with no underground construction, allowing for efficient site access and circulation. With a total building area of approximately 108,000 square feet, the project delivered a substantial residential presence while maintaining a practical and accessible layout.
