Cloverdale Library

WHM provided structural consulting services on an as-needed basis for the Cloverdale Library, supporting plans to update and modernize the facility. The project involved exploring a range of potential programming options as the library continued to evolve to meet community needs. Originally constructed in 1969 as a courthouse, the building was renovated in 1987 and repurposed as a public library. The current update focused on adapting the existing structure to support future uses while respecting its established character.
