Port Moody Westhill Daycare

This project involves the renovation and expansion of an existing daycare facility in Port Moody, BC, to accommodate 37 children and six additional staff. The renovated facility will include dedicated spaces for 12 infants and toddlers and 25 children aged three to five. The structural scope includes enclosing an existing balcony to increase usable interior floor area, increasing the seismic capacity of the existing building, constructing an independent approximately 630 sq. ft. canopy structure over the entry bridge, and providing new exterior landscape retaining walls along the northeast side of the building.
