Capilano University Centre for Childhood Studies Building

A three-storey childcare centre that brings together academic, laboratory, and classroom spaces within a warm, contemporary learning environment.

Delivered as a mass timber and wood-frame structure, the facility showcases sustainable design, structural efficiency, and a natural aesthetic that enhances early childhood development and educational programming.

Spanning approximately 25,000 ft² of suspended structure, the project reflects a balanced approach to performance, and constructability. The result is a modern, purpose-built facility that successfully supports learning, innovation, and community connection.
