This buildingisa five storey, courtyard style mixed-use development located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Designed to create a vibrant and connected community, the development thoughtfully combined residential living with street-level commercial space.

The ground and second floors featured a mix of commercial retail units and residential suites, contributing to an active streetscape and a welcoming pedestrian experience. Levels three through five were arranged as two separate residential buildings, connected by exterior walkways and bridges that framed the central courtyard. Select top-floor homes included private rooftop patios, offering residents additional outdoor living space with elevated views.

A north stairwell and elevator core, designed as an independent structure, provided clear and efficient access throughout the development while remaining seamlessly connected to the residential buildings.
