  • Structural Engineer
    EIT

    Born and raised in Punjab, India, Nav moved to Toronto in 2005 before settling in Vancouver in 2009. He appreciates the West Coast’s unique mix of mountains, lakes, beaches, diverse food, and outdoor adventure.

    Currently working toward his P.Eng., Nav values WHM’s family-like culture and openness to innovation. Outside of work, he trains in Krav Maga and MMA, travels, rides his motorbike, and spends time with his five-year-old cockapoo, Creed.

    Sito completed his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering at UBC before joining the Field Services team at WHM. Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, his favourite thing about living on the West Coast is being able to go to the beach and go skiing on the same day. When not working, he likes to be on his bike to explore new places and go on hikes with his Golden Retriever named Otis.

    Jordan’s favourite thing about working at WHM is its open-door policy, which he says promotes more effective communication and project management, opportunities to learn from one another, and of course — fun! Outside of the office, Jordan is a figure-skating coach, and also enjoys running, cycling and cooking. Unlike many, he loves ALL aspects of the Vancouver weather. “That includes the rain,” he says. “I lived in California for a year and cannot tolerate the heat!”

  • Technician

    Originally from India, Lakshay (LJ) moved to Abbotsford as a child before relocating to Burnaby for BCIT. As a Structural CAD Technician at WHM, he enjoys the team’s welcoming attitude and openness to new ideas.

    Outside of work, LJ enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking, gaming, and spending time with his cat, Nino.

  • Principal

    Monica’s favourite aspect about WHM is the supportive atmosphere and that people celebrate personal and professional victories. “I’m lucky enough to call my colleagues friends, and that’s a big reason why coming to work is always enjoyable,” she says. A self-confessed ‘gym rat’ and hiker who hits the trails and works out whenever possible with her partner, she also enjoys slowing it down and sitting by the ocean for a coffee with her dog and daughter.

  • Proposal and Marketing Coordinator

    Born in South Korea and raised in Canada, Andrew has called Vancouver home since 2003. As a Proposal Coordinator, he enjoys developing thoughtful submissions and contributing to WHM’s collaborative team environment.

    Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active in his community, mentoring youth, exploring new food spots, playing video games, and taking on new challenges.

    Born in Mexico City, Ricardo moved to Canada during high school to play baseball before attending UBC.

    Now an EIT at WHM, he enjoys the friendly team environment and Vancouver’s mild weather and natural beauty.

    Outside of work, Ricardo likes attending music festivals, going to the gym, and exploring new coffee shops.
